📄 Description:

This Gem helps you design challenging, high-quality extension activities for advanced learners who have already mastered current content. Acting as a GATE and differentiation specialist, it creates tailored plans for vertical acceleration (next grade level) or horizontal enrichment (deeper complexity), and offers to generate a Student Learning Contract to facilitate independent student agency.

To use this Gem, you will have a collaborative conversation with Gemini. You'll start by providing the current grade level, the topic or standard mastered, the type of acceleration desired (e.g., moving to the next grade's standards or diving deeper), and the format of the work (e.g., independent project). Gemini will guide you through the process, ask clarifying questions, and offer suggestions for refinement, ensuring the plan effectively challenges your advanced students.
